- Προσκόμιση ιατρικών εξετάσεων από συμβεβλημένους ιατρούς (οφθαλμίατρο και παθολόγο ή καρδιολόγο).
- Κατάθεση φακέλου στην αρμόδια διεύθυνση μεταφορών και έκδοση Δ.Ε.Ε. (Δελτίο Εκπαίδευσης Εξέτασης).
- Εκπαίδευση θεωρητικών μαθημάτων (21 εκπαιδευτικές ώρες για το βασικό εγχειρίδιο).
- Θεωρητικές εξετάσεις (30 ερωτήσεις για το βασικό εγχειρίδιο. Δικαιούστε μία αποτυχημένη απάντηση).
- Πρακτική εκπαίδευση (12 πρακτικά μαθήματα των 90 λεπτών).
- Πρακτικές εξετάσεις.
Δικαιολογητικά
- Φωτοτυπία ταυτότητα.
- 2 φωτογραφίες έγχρωμες τύπου διαβατηρίου.
- Έντυπο αίτησης εκτύπωσης (χορηγείτε από την σχολή οδηγών), θεωρημένο με το γνήσιο της υπογραφής.
- Αίτηση – υπεύθυνη δήλωση για την έκδοση της άδειας οδήγησης (χορηγείτε από την σχολή οδηγών) θεωρημένο με το γνήσιο της υπογραφής.
- Πιστοποιητικά υγείας από τους ιατρούς (οφθαλμίατρο και παθολόγο ή καρδιολόγο).
- Σε περίπτωση ανηλίκου υπεύθυνες δηλώσεις των γονέων - κηδεμόνων μέσω gov.gr. Οι οποίες θα συναινούν ως προς την διαδικασία έκδοσης άδειας οδήγησης.
